The OTC service is only accessible in the desktop version of the platform and is accessed after logging into the platform, from the menu displayed at the top of it.
You choose the direction of the transaction (sell / buy) or select the tab specific to the desired transaction.
Choose the pair to be traded from the drop-down list. To request an additional parity, please write to us on the OTC channel dedicated to you.
The OTC commission is 0%! That is, for an order of 30,000 EURO, the Tradesilvania commission for processing is 0 EURO.
After obtaining the quote, you have a limited time in which you can confirm or refuse the transaction.
The order can be accepted or refused, respectively, repeated quotes can be requested in order to accept one.
Attention! An accepted order cannot be refused.
Once accepted, an order enters settlement, with the remaining details being discussed within your dedicated OTC channel.
